§ 71.56 EMERGING FROM ALLEY OR PRIVATE DRIVEWAY.
   The operator of a vehicle emerging from an alley, driveway or building shall stop the vehicle immediately prior to driving onto a sidewalk or onto the sidewalk area extending across the alleyway.
