(A) Except where traffic is controlled by official sign or signal, or by police officers, the operator of a vehicle approaching an intersection shall yield the right-of-way to any vehicle approaching from his or her right when the vehicle is within 50 feet of the intersection.
(B) The operator of a vehicle entering a public street from a private road or driveway shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles approaching on the public roadway.
(C) The operator of a vehicle on a roadway shall yield the right-of-way to authorized emergency vehicles when the latter are operated upon official business and the operators thereof sound audible signal by bell, siren or exhaust whistle.
