§ 71.19 STOPPING VEHICLES AT INTERSECTION.
   It shall be unlawful for any operator of a vehicle to approach any street intersection without bringing the vehicle to a full stop within a distance of five feet from the line of intersection and before crossing the line of intersection when and where a “stop” sign shall be displayed by being plainly marked or painted and displayed in the street in full view of the operator or operators of vehicles at the street intersections.
