§ 70.37 LIGHTS ON PARKED VEHICLES.
   Whenever a vehicle is parked or stopped on a street during the times between one-half hour after sunset and one-half hour before sunrise or at any other time when there is not sufficient light to render clearly discernible any vehicle upon the street from a distance of 200 feet, there shall be displayed upon the vehicle one or more lamps, projecting a light visible under normal conditions from a distance of 500 feet to 18 feet in front of the vehicle and projecting a red light visible under like conditions from a distance of 500 feet to the rear, except that the parking light or lights need not be displayed upon any vehicle stopped or parked in accordance with other provisions of this traffic code upon any street mere there is sufficient light to reveal any person within a distance of 200 feet upon the street.
