(A) Introduction.
(1) The city is located in Brazoria County, Texas, at the intersection of FM 1459 and FM 524. The city has approximately 1,867 service connections and serves all the area within the city with some service outside the city limits.
(2) The city currently operates under certificate of convenience and necessity (CCN # 10717) and TNRCC Public Water Supply (PWS) ID No. 0200009.
(B) Water supply.
(1) The city currently obtains 100% of its water supply from four wells pumping from the Chicot Aquifer.
(2) The well capacities, booster pumping capacities and storage capacities for the city’s facilities are described below:
