From and after the passage of this section, the fees to be charged in the City of Sweeny, Texas, for the issuance of administrative fees, zoning fees, animal control fees, building rental fees, trash bag fees, all city permit fees, culvert installation fees, police department fees, utility fees, water rates, sewer rates, gas rates and bulk water fees, are established in accordance with the City of Sweeny fee schedule attached to Ord. 101-21, as amended, and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
