The following definitions shall be added to the Property Maintenance Code of the Borough.
(a) "Noxious weeds" shall mean any neglected or uncared for vegetation, whether living or dead, including all unpruned, decayed, rank or uncut weeds, grass, vines, plants, shrubs, trees, brush or undergrowth.
(b) "Rubbish" shall include unused furnishings, tools, vehicles, implements, appliances, and fallen trees.
(c) "Sewer line" shall mean any portion of a sanitary sewer pipe (commonly called a sewer lateral that connects indoor plumbing from a structure to the public sewer main. The connection between the sewer line and the public sewer main shall be considered part of the sewer line.
