Any person or corporation licensed under this chapter shall furnish to the Borough a certificate of insurance showing current liability coverage in an amount to be set by resolution of Council, and which may be amended from time to time. Contractors must also follow all regulations promulgated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania regarding workers' compensation insurance. Homeowners who perform their own work are exempt from this insurance requirement.
