1268.03 OFF-STREET PARKING REQUIREMENTS IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.

   Off-street parking shall be required in Residential Districts, as follows:

   (a)   A single-family dwelling - two spaces;

   (b)   A two-family detached dwelling - three spaces;

   (c)   A two-family semidetached dwelling - three spaces;

   (d)   A multifamily dwelling - 1.25 spaces per dwelling unit.
