For the purpose of this Zoning Code, the Borough is hereby divided into districts which shall be designated as follows:
RA Residential District
RB Residential District
RC Residential District
AR Apartment Residential District
AL Alternate Residential District
TC Town Center District
PA Parks District
IN Institutional District.
IN-C Institutional Commercial District.
