1220.08 CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSED ORDINANCES.

The Planning Commission shall have such duties and powers as are provided for in the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (53 P.S. §§ 10101, et seq.), as the same may be amended from time to time.
