1064.10 INTERMINGLING OF WASTE WITH RECYCLABLE MATERIALS.

Any material designated by Council resolution for curbside pickup shall not be intermingled or otherwise mixed with other forms of solid waste. The Borough reserves the right to refuse to collect from individual household units recyclable materials which are intermingled with non-recyclable materials.
