1062.13 EFFECTIVE DATE.

This chapter shall become effective immediately. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Borough shall have neither the right nor the obligation to dispose of its Municipal solid waste at the Plant which is contemplated under this chapter until said Plant is constructed and fully operational.
