1062.07 ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE.

In addition to the penalty provided in Section 1062.99, any continued violation of this chapter or otherwise which shall constitute a nuisance in fact, or which in the opinion of the Borough Council shall constitute a nuisance, may be abated by proceeding against the violator in a court of equity for relief.
