(a) No person shall be permitted to place more than four 50-gallon containers curbside during their weekly scheduled solid waste collection.
(b) Solid waste must be placed inside a trash container to prevent a public nuisance.
(c) No person shall place trash, recycling or yard waste for curbside collection outside of the specific collection day for that material.
