1022.99 PENALTY; EQUITABLE REMEDY.

The payment of any fine or the serving of any term of imprisonment under Section 202.99 shall not exempt a violator from reimbursing the Borough for any expense it has incurred in abating the nuisance, as provided in Section 1022.03.
