890.09 GIFTS, GRANTS OR CONTRIBUTIONS.

The appropriate Borough officials are hereby authorized to accept and receive gifts, grants or contributions from any individual, associations, corporations or local, State or Federal government agency, which may be used in the development and improvement of the Business Improvement District or for the retirement of any debt incurred for the original construction of the Business Improvement District.
