886.02 RESPONSIBILITY OF LANDLORDS.

Every landlord shall be obligated to notify the Borough Tax Collector in writing, annually, as to the name and address of every current residential tenant over eighteen years of age. Written notice thereof must be given to the Borough Tax Collector between December 1 and December 31, each year.
