It shall be unlawful to operate a restaurant in the Borough without first having obtained a license therefor and without full compliance with the provisions of this chapter and any State law regulating the conduct and operation of public eating and drinking places (Act of May 23, 1945, P.L. 926, as amended). The annual application fee for a license will be set by resolution of the Borough Council and may be amended from time to time.
Application for a license shall be made in writing to the Borough Secretary on an approved form and shall comply with the general provisions of all ordinances relating to licenses.
