This chapter applies to all existing gas stations, motor vehicle service stations, garages, repair or body shops and machine shops wherever they are located in the Borough, and shall apply to any such establishment hereafter opened in the Borough. The various provisions of this chapter shall be construed as supplementing the Zoning Code and not in conflict therewith or in place thereof.
