As used in this chapter:
(a) "Slot machine arcade" includes two or more machines of any kind, whether or not of the same type or model.
(b) "Commercial purposes" includes all purposes, except nonprofit purposes by an educational institution, a municipal corporation or a nonprofit organization, duly established under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
