674.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates this chapter shall be liable to penalties as specified in the Codified Ordinances of the Borough of Swarthmore. In addition to the monetary penalties provided for in the Codified Ordinances of the Borough of Swarthmore, the Borough shall be entitled to issue "stop work" orders and/or obtain injunctive relief to enjoin violations of this chapter.
