(a) Every person operating a bicycle upon a street or highway shall ride as near to the right side of the street or highway as practical, exercising due care when passing a standing vehicle or one proceeding in the same direction.
(b) Persons riding bicycles upon a street or highway shall not ride two abreast except on paths or parts of streets or highways set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles.
(c) Wherever a lane or path for bicycles has been provided as part of a street or highway, bicycle riders shall use such lane or path and shall not use any other part of the street or highway. This subsection shall not apply when use of such bicycle lane or path is not possible, safe or reasonable.
