460.14 RIDING ON SIDEWALKS.
   (a)   No person shall ride a bicycle on a sidewalk in any area where a path or part of a highway has been set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles.
   (b)   The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to erect signs on any sidewalk or highway in the Borough prohibiting the riding of bicycles thereon by any person, for reasons of public safety.
   (c)   No person riding a bicycle shall fail to yield the right of way to any pedestrian or fail to give an audible signal within a reasonable period of time before overtaking and passing any such pedestrian.
