442.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined fifteen dollars ($15.00), subject to the waiver provisions of Section 442.17.

(b) Whoever violates Section 442.12 shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 202.99 of the Administration Code.

(Adopting Ordinance)

(c) Whoever violates Section 3354(d)(3) or (e) of Title 75, the Vehicle Code, relating to handicapped parking spaces shall, upon conviction, be fined fifty dollars ($50.00).
