Pursuant to the Vehicle Code of Pennsylvania, as amended, the Police Department of the Borough, under the direction of the Mayor and the Public Safety Committee of Council, is hereby authorized and directed to erect and maintain, or cause to be painted at the several street and driveway intersections specified herein or the intersections hereafter specified in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, "No Left Turn" signs for the control of vehicular traffic using such streets and driveways,. All such signs shall be of the size, form, design and color prescribed by the Secretary, of Transportation of the Commonwealth.
No operator of a vehicle shall make a left turn at such designated intersections.
