284.42 FILING OF TERMINAL AND SUPPLEMENTAL REPORTS.

The Trustee shall, as part of winding up the affairs of the Employees' Pension Plan pursuant to its termination, file such terminal and supplemental reports with the Secretary of Labor and the IRS as may be required.
