Notwithstanding any information that is made available by the Borough of Swarthmore, the Retirement Committee, or the Trustee to members of the Police Pension Fund through the distribution of descriptive booklets, bulletin boards notices, payroll notices or oral announcements, any member may examine the Fund, the Police Pension Plan, the Trust Agreement, and all amendments thereto, at the main offices of the Borough of Swarthmore or of the Trustee.
