Under the provisions of Act No. 600 of 1956, as amended, 53 P. S. 767, and other statutes now or hereafter pertaining or applicable thereto, there is hereby established the Police Pension Fund of the Borough of Swarthmore, hereinafter
referred to as the Fund.
