Before initiating any of the activities pursuant to the powers of the Environmental Advisory Council (EAC), as set forth in Section 274.05, the EAC shall notify the Chair of Borough Council's Environment Committee and the Chair of the Planning and Zoning Committee and obtain their approval, the purpose being to avoid overlapping and/or duplicative efforts by the EAC and other bodies and to enable the prioritization of projects.
