An advisory council, to be known as the "Swarthmore Borough Environmental Advisory Council", is hereby established in and for the Borough. The Borough Council of the Borough of Swarthmore hereby renews the establishment of the Swarthmore Borough Environmental Advisory Council (EAC). Such renewal shall remain in effect in perpetuity unless and until the EAC is specifically abolished by action of Borough Council.
