The Recreation Committee of Council shall exercise general supervision over the activities of the Swarthmore Recreation Association for as long as the latter acts as the Borough's agent in the maintenance of recreation places. The Association shall make available from time to time all information, contracts, minutes of meetings and financial and other information requested by such Committee. The accounts of the Association shall also be subject to audit by the Independent Auditor.
