268.02 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

Council shall have the power to adopt rules and regulations pertaining to the supervision and maintenance of public recreation places in the Borough. Such rules and regulations, and any amendments or changes thereto, when duly promulgated and filed in the office of the Borough Secretary, shall have the force and validity of ordinances.
