(a) The Tree Committee is hereby established for the purpose of recommending to Council, to property owners and to others, the proper supervision and care of shade trees.
(b) The Tree Committee shall consist of seven members appointed by Borough Council. The Chairperson of the Borough Council Committee responsible for oversight of environmental matters in the Borough shall serve as an ex-officio member of the Committee.
