224.02 POSITION OF ASSISTANT BOROUGH SECRETARY ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established the position of Assistant Borough Secretary in and for the Borough. The Assistant Secretary shall be appointed in accordance with the Borough Code and shall have such powers and duties as are provided therein and by ordinance or resolution of Council.
