210.03 ADMINISTRATION OF POLICE PENSION FUND AND EMPLOYEES' PENSION PLAN; PENSION COMMITTEE.
   (a)   The funds of the Police Pension Fund and the Employees' Pension Plan shall be managed and administered and shall be vested in the Borough Council.

   (b)   There is hereby established a Pension Committee to assist the Borough Council in the management of the funds of the Police Pension Fund and the Employees' Pension Plan. The Chairperson of the Pension Committee shall be the Chairperson of the Finance Committee of the Borough Council. The Borough Manager and one member of the Police Department, designated by the Swarthmore Police Association, shall be members of the Pension Committee. Two members of the Pension Committee, who may or may not be members of the Borough Council, shall be appointed by the Borough Council and shall serve at the pleasure of the Borough Council.

   (c)   The expenses of administering the respective funds shall be paid from the funds themselves, respectively.
