208.01 ADOPTION OF PLAN.

For the purpose of providing a prompt and effective emergency procedure to be followed in the event of a major emergency or disaster, there is hereby approved, adopted and enacted the Emergency Operations Plan of the Borough. Copies of such Plan may be obtained, at cost, from the Borough Secretary.
