§ 76.07 FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.
   No person shall operate a low-speed vehicle, an under-speed vehicle, a utility vehicle, or a mini-truck upon any street or highway unless that person is able to show proof of financial responsibility for the vehicle operated.
