§ 76.05 REGISTRATION AND TITLING REQUIREMENTS.
   No person shall operate a low-speed vehicle, a utility vehicle, or a mini-truck upon any street or highway except as follows:
   (A)   The vehicle has been registered in accordance with R.C. Chapter 4503; and
   (B)   The vehicle has been titled in accordance with R.C. Chapter 4505.
