§ 130.07 MEDICAL MARIJUANA.
   The cultivation, processing, or retail dispensing of medical marijuana, even under a license issued under R.C. Chapter 3796, is prohibited within the Village of Swanton. The violation of this section is a misdemeanor of the first degree.
