§ 34.01 ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   The Village Administrator shall be responsible for the implementation of personnel policy as set forth in the Village Personnel Handbook as adopted. Such policies and procedures as set forth in the Village Personnel Handbook, not repugnant to municipal ordinance or state and federal law, shall have the same validity and effect as municipal ordinance. The Village Administrator is authorized to make changes in said personnel handbook upon approval of Council by motion to amend the same.
   (B)   Each employee shall be provided with a copy of the Village Personnel Handbook, and by delivery thereof, shall be deemed to have notice of the policies and procedures outlined therein.
