§ 32.67 POLICE ENFORCEMENT OF MUNICIPAL PROPERTY OUTSIDE VILLAGE LIMITS.
   (A)   Village police have the authority to enforce the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code upon property owned by the village and located outside of village limits. Specific properties include the Swanton Village Reservoir, in Swanton Township, and the former village dump in Swancreek Township.
   (B)   Additional properties may be added by motion and approval of Council.
