Upon such terms as set forth in contracts by and between the village and other municipal corporations and townships, to furnish rescue service to other municipal corporations and townships, in or out of Fulton County and outside the village, under the authority of R.C. § 505.44, the Volunteer Rescue Unit shall furnish rescue service to such contracting municipal corporations and townships.
