(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Whoever violates § 130.02 is guilty of negligently passing bad checks, a minor misdemeanor.
(C) (1) Any person under the age of 18 years found to be in violation of the provisions of § 130.03(A) shall be adjudicated a delinquent or unruly child and subject to the penalties and disposition as set forth in R.C. Chapter 2151:
(a) Reasonable effort shall be made to contact a parent, guardian or custodian to whom any minor so apprehended shall be released in lieu of continued detention; and
(b) Any juvenile so apprehended may be detained in the juvenile detention facility pursuant to the procedures of the appropriate County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division.
(2) Whoever violates the provisions of § 130.03(B) and (C), is guilty of the following:
(a) First offense within one year shall be a minor misdemeanor (maximum fine of $100);
(b) Second offense within one year shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree (maximum fine of $250, maximum imprisonment of 30 days); and
(c) Third offense within one year shall be a misdemeanor of the third degree (maximum fine of $500, maximum imprisonment of 60 days).
(D) Whoever violates § 130.04 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
