(A) Noises resulting from sports and recreational events authorized by public or private schools, the village or other governmental agency;
(B) Noises resulting from authorized public activities such as parades, fireworks, sports events, musical productions and other activities which have the approval of the village;
(C) Noises resulting from any authorized emergency vehicle, when responding to an emergency call or acting in time of emergency; and
(D) Noises resulting from moving vehicles operating on the Ohio Turnpike, railways within the village, or air traffic arriving or departing from Toledo Express Airport, or successor facility.
