(A) The speed of all vehicles within the parks shall be limited to ten mph.
(B) No parking shall be allowed on the north side of the drive from South Main Street to the Little League Diamond and on the east side from the Little League Diamond to West Garfield, nor on grass areas (excepting the parking area at the old tennis courts).
(C) No bicycles shall be ridden in the parks off the roadways and must be walked when off roadways.
(D) No unlicensed motor vehicles, such as motorbikes, snowmobiles, ATV vehicles and the like, shall be allowed within any village park.
