§ 94.02 COMPOSITION.
   The Parks and Recreation Department shall consist of nine members, four of whom shall be members of the Board of Education of the Swanton Local School District or members appointed by such Board of Education and the other five members of the Village Parks and Recreation Department shall be appointed by the Mayor with consent of Council.
