§ 93.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
