(A) The hunting of game animals or wild birds within the village is prohibited. No person shall hunt, kill or attempt to kill any game animals or wild birds by the use of firearms or any other means. (1964 Code, § 505.09)
(B) Hunting is hereby prohibited at the premises commonly known as the village water treatment plant and reservoir property.
(1) Hunting is defined pursuant to R.C. § 1531.01(Y); and
(2) The Village Administrator is hereby instructed and authorized to post “No Hunting” signs at all means of public ingress and egress to said premises and other conspicuous locations on said property.
