§ 32.01 CHIEF OF POLICE.
   (A)   The office of Chief of Police is hereby created in the Police Department pursuant to this section and as further set forth in the Ohio Revised Code.
   (B)   The compensation of the Chief of Police shall be established by annual ordinance.
